Bayview Physicians Group is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our growing team in Suffolk, Virginia.

This is an outpatient only position located within a well-equipped medical center that features:

On-site Endoscopy Suite
Ambulatory Surgery Center
Advanced Imaging Services

You will provide comprehensive digestive health care in a collaborative environment, supported by advanced technology, strong clinical resources, and a dedicated care team.

Responsibilities:

Split time between office and Ambulatory Surgery Center (Endoscopy Suite)
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders including GERD, IBD, IBS, live disease, colorectal condition, and more
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures including:
- Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD)
- Colonoscopy
- Polypectomy
- Biopsy
Interpret results of endoscopic, laboratory, and imaging studies
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with GI and live conditions
APP supervision

Organization:

Provide services in Chesapeake, Suffolk, Norfolk, Virginia Beach
More than 300 providers including:
- Primary Care
- Specialty
- APPs
75+ outpatient care clinics
7 Urgent Cares
Ambulatory Surgery Center
Sleep Lab Center
