- Deliver outstanding customer service to patients, providers, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical partners
- Process medication refill requests and prior authorizations accurately through the EMR
- Assist patients with enrollment in pharmaceutical assistance programs
- Track, monitor, and manage on-site medication samples
- Build strong working relationships with pharmaceutical representatives
- Respond to pharmacy inquiries regarding prescriptions, refills, and medication interactions
- Handle patient calls related to medication questions, concerns, and provider messages
- Support physicians and office managers with administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical concepts, medical terminology, and insurance payor requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed
