Bayview Physicians Group is seeking a skilled EMT-Intermediate (EMT-I), EMT-Advanced (EMT-A), or Paramedic (EMT-P) to join our Urgent Care team. Working under the direction of our Urgent Care Physicians, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic clinical environment.

What You’ll Do

Assist providers with invasive and non-invasive procedures, including EKGs, IV insertions, and phlebotomy
Deliver safe, age-appropriate care across the lifespan
Collect, document, and interpret patient data to support clinical decision-making
Maintain a safe, efficient patient care environment
Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to ensure excellent patient experiences

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of an approved EMT-I, EMT-A, or Paramedic program (military medical experience considered)
Current Virginia or National Registry EMT-I, EMT-A, or EMT-P certification
Current CPR certification
One (1) year of field experience preferred, not required
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
