General Maintenance Technician

We are seeking outstanding team members who:

• Have at least 5 years of experience
• Own a standard set of tools to perform all of their skills/trades
• Take pride in their work and deliver consistent results
• Are able to communicate in a courteous and professional manner with customers and co-workers
• Ability to scope and estimate small projects
• Must have their own vehicle to travel between different office locations within the Hampton Roads area

Skills required:

• Drywall and painting repairs
• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Small lighting installations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• General upkeep/maintenance of office sites
