What You’ll Do
  • Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety while following radiation protection and safety guidelines
  • Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot imaging equipment
  • Keep exam rooms stocked, organized, and ready for patient care
  • Schedule imaging studies and provide clear pre-procedure instructions to patients
  • Obtain and review prior imaging studies from external facilities as needed
  • Accurately document all procedures in the medical record
  • Answer incoming calls and assist patients and staff with imaging-related questions
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives, compliance activities, and continuing education
  • Maintain current CPR certification and required licensure
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance, punctuality, and professionalism
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by providers or leadership

What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license
  • ARRT certification preferred
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced urgent care setting
