What You’ll Do
Greet and assist patients and visitors, creating a positive first impression
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other documents
Provide back office administrative support to more than 70 multi-specialty practices
Assist and support the administrative leadership team
Perform additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
