- Support providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
- Room patients, take and document vital signs, and update charts in the EMR
- Administer medications and injections per provider orders, following all documentation and safety protocols
- Keep patient records up to date, including medications, allergies, and medical history
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient needs, and route messages appropriately
- Help keep clinic operations running smoothly in a fast-paced setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
- Active and appropriate Medical Assistant or nursing certification/licensure required
- Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and nursing practices
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, high-energy environment
- Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed
