We’re seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Urgent Care team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy setting, adapts quickly, and takes pride in delivering outstanding care when patients need it most.

What You’ll Do

Deliver high-quality nursing care and exceptional customer service in a busy urgent care environment
Assist providers with general nursing duties and clinical procedures
Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and maintain accurate records in the EMR
Administer medications and injections per provider orders, ensuring complete and accurate documentation
Update patient records during each visit, including medications, allergies, and medical/family history
Respond to patient phone calls, provide clinical guidance when appropriate, and route messages to providers
Support clinic operations across multiple urgent care locations as needed

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required
Current, active Virginia LPN license required
Solid understanding of nursing principles and clinical procedures
Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor
Ability to make patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
Flexibility to travel between urgent care sites as needed
Team-oriented mindset with a positive, adaptable attitude
